USDA Loans 101
We offer a variety of USDA home loans, for purchase, refinance or new construction, which provide a low fixed rate and up to 100% financing for eligible borrowers, making them some of the most affordable and secure loan products available. We also offer USDA loans for renovation!  
USDA Repair Escrow
The USDA Repair Escrow allows for financing of minor renovation costs to a home that meets property standards or where repairs could not be completed due to inclement weather conditions. Most banks and investors will require all work to be completed, prior to the closing on your new home. That's not how it works with Satori Mortgage.  
USDA: Streamlined Assist Refinance
The USDA Streamlined Assist Refinance Loan provides current USDA loan borrowers an opportunity to lower their monthly mortgage payments. With a simple application process, this refinance option features no income verification, no appraisal, and in most cases, minimal credit verification.  
USDA: Standard Loan
The USDA Standard Mortgage (also referred to as the USDA Single Family Guaranteed Loan Program) provides eligible low- and moderate-income borrowers with the opportunity for affordable homeownership or home refinance, in eligible rural areas. There is generally no down payment or equity required to qualify for this loan, and the interest rate and USDA guaranty fees are reduced. For those that qualify, this is one of the best loans on the market, due to reduced rates and fees.  
USDA: Renovation Loan
USDA Renovation allows eligible borrowers to purchase a home they love, even if it needs some love! This program allows homebuyers to combine the purchase of a home with the cost of renovations into a single loan. Borrowers may be able to finance up to 100% based upon the 'after-improved' value - and even include the guaranty fee. Perfect for fixer-uppers and out-of-date homes, this program provides homeownership opportunities for even more families, and improves the housing stock in the communities where they live and work.  
USDA: Construction Loan
The USDA One-Time Close, Construction-to-Permanent (OTC), loan is a product that allows borrowers to combine financing for home construction, lot purchase/land payoff, and the permanent mortgage into a single closing. Perfect for homebuyers purchasing new construction! In many cases, there is no down payment required and you still take advantage of low mortgage rates and fees.
